If a customer has an email address a full-color, compelling email message is sent. When customers click on anything in the message, a hot email lead is sent to the dealership. If a customer does not have an email address but has a home number – we send a voice broadcast. Our online “set up portal” makes it easy and convenient to record the voice broadcasts. We encourage the dealerships to record these messages, but also have team members who are happy to record them as well.

If a customer has neither an email address nor home number, but has a cell phone number, we send a personalized text message. Did you know that 94% of all text messages are read?
